Well...Bri's insurance company denied her for treatment with Remicade. So now her awesome Rheumy has to "fight" the insurance company on her behalf! I was devistated to hear that the insurance company which we pay a nice amount each month to DENIED her the meds that she needs! But as I stay positive, I am trusting in prayer...I appreciate my amazing mom for letting her prayer group know, and to my dear friends who have shared with their prayer groups. So we will see what the outcome is-GO DR. EDE!!!! I know he already talked to them today, so now we wait...and wait... Bri has an eye Dr appointment tomorrow and hopefully her inflammation has gone down and we can extend her eye drops out to at least every 3-4 hours.
At her brothers football practice tonight there was a petting zoo set up and 5 ponies. Bri LOVES horsies and she always wants to ride on one, but when we get closer and she has a chance she doesn't want to haha. So tonight she held a chicken which was so cute it just sat there on her lap:) and she was so cute petting it. Then she held a bunny rabbit and wanted to hold the turkey but she said "mommy its too big for me to hold". So I took her to the ponies and she looked and didn't want to ride! Later on her little friend Libby showed up and she wanted to ride the pony...so guess what... Bri wanted to too!!! She LOVED it! So so cute! I was so happy for her, we drive by horse stables every day and I have to go by real real slow so she can look at all the horsies, and she always says "I want to ride a horsie mommy" and I am so happy she did:) Oh, and her brother "little D" David had a great football practice!
