Now what???

So today we have an appointment with her Rheum Dr. Ede because it has been about 4 weeks but Bri now has a swollen right knee from the beginning and now a swollen left knee that is warm to the touch, and she doesn't want to walk, run or dance AT ALL!! He has recommended to have her get the steroid injections in both knees seeing that she isn't walking at all now! Well this procedure is done at the Childrens Hospital in Phoenix and they will put her completely under, drain any fluid from both knees, and inject the steroid. With this injection it should work immediately to relieve the pain and inflammation. Eric and I really discussed this and it seems to be the best option for her right now due the severity of her pain. She is still on Naproxen though. So we have decided to go ahead with this and we actually got an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving, Friday November 28, 2008. Whoa! I'm scared! Again I pray that this will help her out!!
